Welcome to Imsouane Surf Coaching. By booking a lesson, coaching package, or any service with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings & Payments

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation message (via WhatsApp or Email) from our team.

1.2 Deposit: For multi-day packages and groups larger than 3 people, we may require a deposit of 20% to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash (MAD or EUR) or via bank transfer.

1.3 Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked price.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our instructors.

2.1 Cancellation by You

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of deposit (minus any bank transfer fees).
• Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable.
• No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled lesson without notice, the full price of the lesson is due.

2.2 Cancellation by Us (Weather/Conditions)

Surfing relies on nature. If we deem conditions dangerous or unsuitable for your level:

• We will attempt to reschedule your lesson to a different time or day.
• If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
• The decision to cancel based on safety is at the sole discretion of the Head Instructor.

3. Safety & Liability

• Swimming Ability: You confirm that you can swim at least 50 meters in open water.
• Health: You must declare any medical conditions (asthma, heart conditions, injuries) prior to the lesson.
• Instructions: You agree to follow all safety instructions given by the coach. Failure to follow instructions that endangers yourself or others may result in the termination of the lesson without refund.
• Liability Waiver: Imsouane Surf Coaching accepts no liability for accidents, personal injury, or loss/theft of personal property during the activity, except where caused by our proven negligence.

4. Equipment Usage

We provide high-quality surfboards and wetsuits for your lessons.

• Care: You are expected to treat the equipment with care.
• Damage: If equipment is damaged due to negligence (e.g., surfing onto rocks, dropping the board on concrete), you may be charged for the cost of repair.
• Loss: If a surfboard is lost at sea due to negligence (e.g., removing the leash), you will be charged the replacement cost of the board.

5. Media & Photography

During our sessions, we often take photos and videos for analysis and marketing.

By participating, you grant Imsouane Surf Coaching permission to use these images for our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before the lesson starts, and we will respect your privacy.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
